Returns

We stand behind every piece we make.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@bakrsupply.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number  
• A brief description  
• A clear photo of the issue  

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges, including for sizing or change of mind.

Sizing & Fit

We recommend reviewing the fit notes on each product page before ordering.

If your item doesn’t fit as expected, reach out to us at hello@bakrsupply.com — we’ll work with you to make it right.

Because all pieces are made to order, we do not offer traditional exchanges. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or alternative solution at our discretion.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process traditional exchanges.

If your item doesn’t fit as expected, there’s no need to send it back. Reach out to us at hello@bakrsupply.com and we’ll work with you to find the right solution.

 


REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued in the case of an approved defect or order issue that cannot be replaced.

If applicable, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
