WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?  
All BAKR pieces are made to order. Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days, with delivery in 9-12 business days depending on location. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?  
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@bakrsupply.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?  
All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges, including for sizing or change of mind.

HOW DO YOUR SIZES FIT?  
Most pieces fit true to size. For a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. Please review product details for specific fit notes.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?  
Once an order has been marked as delivered, BAKR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you need help, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
